How to measure my cup size?
1. First wear a loose comfortable top that you already have.
2. Ensure you are not wearing a bra or any support, allowing your breasts to hang downwards freely.
3. Locate your nipple.
4. Measure directly from the nipple to the top.

For example:
if the distance between your nipple and the top is 10 inches, your cup size will be B cup.

How to measure my shirt size?
Please measure the over bust distance (i.e. your chest measurement at the widest part of your chest). For example, if your over bust measurement is 40", we recommend you choose a size large t-shirt. If you are unsure which shirt size to go for, for example, if your over bust measurement is 38" which would be a size medium t-shirt, we typically recommend going for a t-shirt size up if your cup size is above a C.

Unable to measure?

If you are unable to measure, we recommend you choose the cup size that you normally wear with your bras. For example, if you are a 36C, we recommend you choose a size medium t-shirt with a cup size C.

Increased drooping
Our bodies often fluctuate, there are several reasons that your breasts may droop slightly different amounts throughout the months. During your periods, you may find that your breast and nipple hang longer than usual. If you are pregnant, you may find your nipple location varying. You may want to consider this while measuring your nipple location and cup size.
