Shipping Policy

1. We currently deliver all our products domestically across India. All our products are delivered through reliable courier service companies. 

2. Our prices are generally inclusive of delivery charges for delivery in India. However, we may levy an additional delivery fee depending on the delivery location. In case we charge a delivery fee after you have paid for your order, you may choose to cancel your order and we will issue you a full refund.

3. ​Orders in India may take us up to 10 working days to deliver your product. Since all our products are hand made, in some circumstances, it may take us more than the stipulated time to deliver the product to you. You will be informed of such delays via the contact information provided by you. In case you wish to reach out to us, you may do so by emailing your request to us at hello@lootee.shop.

4. Tracking of delivery order. All our products are delivered through reputed courier companies who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We may also email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.
