Returns, Refund and Replacement Policy

How to return my product

 

We operate with a 7 days no questions asked returns policy from the date of delivery and a refund will be initiated once the product is received at our office address.

 

However, any customised products cannot be returned or refunded. 

 

To return your product, simply ship it back to our address:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will internally inspect the returned product. If the same meets the criteria for return laid down in this Returns Policy, we will initiate a credit request corresponding to the original mode of transaction made by you.

 

A refund will take between 7-10 days from the date of initiation to be received in the account in which the payment was originally made.

 

The product would be eligible for return for exchange or refund:

  1. In case you may not be happy with the product;

  2. In case of any material or manufacturing defect in the product; or

  3. In case of a damaged product; or

  4. In case an incorrect product is delivered to you.

 

How to replace my Lootee for a different size or cup

 

If you would like a replacement of a product, please kindly fill this replacement form and ship the product back to our office a

If you’d prefer to notify us via email, please email us at hello@lootee.shop and let us know which replacement you’d like.

 

Once we receive the product back at our office, we will ship out the replacement product within 5 days of receipt and also notify you of the tracking link for the replacement product.

Refunds/exchange/returns may not be approved in any of the following cases:

  1. If the products returned are determined to be in a used or damaged condition.

  2. If any of the tags have been removed.

  3. If the products are returned without their original packaging.

  4. On failed delivery attempts by the courier services owing to the fact that incorrect details were provided by you.

  5. If the delivery of the package is refused by you for any reason, whatsoever.

  6. If your products are customised.

Before you return a product, please consider the fact that uncertainty is inherent when it comes to uniformity in handlooms and tailoring. We urge you to take a moment to understand that the products on the Website are tailored by hand, therefore an irregular weave, print or stitch shall not be considered as a defect. In our commitment to support local businesses and sustainable and ethical practices, every part of our product is handmade including our packaging.

 

Please ensure that the returned product is unused and we request you to maintain the original packaging and tags when returning the product. Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.​
